What's the challenge?
Enterprise pilot calls on the calendar. Vibe-coded scaffolding works on the happy path; enterprise buyers probe every other path on contact. Two weeks to hit production quality and meet a high UI/UX bar. No room to slip on either.
Client wanted UI polish. We rebuilt the foundations first.
The client wanted a UI repaint and a wrap. We pushed back: UI shine doesn't survive an enterprise demo if the product underneath is fragile. We fixed bugs across the stack, took the product to production quality, then ran 4–5 UI iterations on top. He walked into pilot calls with something he could defend.
What We Did
Kept the working prototype logic. Rewrote the spine. Refactored the demo path first, stubbed the rest behind feature flags, ran Terraform infra in parallel. LLM integration, codebase refactor, and the high-polish UI/UX an enterprise room expects. Sprint-two debt was the trade. The output: a pilot-ready MVP, on time, no UI compromise.

What We Learned
Vibe-coded prototypes carry hidden debt: logic often right, structure not production-defensible. The fastest path is rarely a full rewrite. Triage what to keep, refactor the demo path, rebuild the rest properly. Ship the WOW first.
