What's the challenge?
Target user: 50+, not crypto-native. Seed phrases, gas fees, chain selectors were enemies, not features. Tight budget. We forked Enkrypt to skip foundational work and inherited its bug backlog. Tron in as the first non-EVM chain, extension across every common browser, the wallet on both mobile platforms.

The constraint shaped everything: 50+ users who hold real money but have never typed `0x`. We forked Enkrypt to skip a year of foundational work, and inherited its bug backlog as a release-by-release tax. We worked it down. Tron in as the first non-EVM chain. The extension across every common browser. iOS and Android by several routes, a single store listing was never enough.
What We Did
50+ non-crypto users, tight budget, inherited Enkrypt bug backlog and security debt. We fixed the foundation first, audit remediation, accessibility, multi-browser support, before adding features. Forked Enkrypt, integrated Tron as the first non-EVM chain, closed a long tail of bugs and security findings, added NFTs, fiat on/off-ramp, every common browser, plus iOS and Android via several distribution routes.
